Lifeguards- Lifeguards will monitor pool areas and be certified by personnel for shallow water first aid and CPR (life saving techniques). They will monitor pool areas and assist guests going down slides and tube rides.

Housekeepers: Participants will be cleaning 2-3 bedroom condominiums, dusting and moving furniture, mopping or vacuuming floors, taking out garbage from guest rooms, and cleaning public areas including rest rooms, to resort standards.

REQUIREMENTS

Lifeguards-employees must have excellent English and have the swimming skills necessary to become certified as a shallow or deep water lifeguard.

Housekeepers- These jobs require employees who are hard-working, able to lift bags of garbage, and move furniture to clean under it, and use cleaning supplies.

HOUSING

Provided, estimated Weekly Cost: USD 80.00 /week, $100 Security Deposit and $150 Admin Fee and 2 weeks rent $160 will be due at arrival, in total $410

JOB DETAILS

Bartender-Process customer bills or payments by learning our point of sales system, communicate with management and customers to resolve complaints or ensure satisfaction, serve food and beverages, take guests orders, mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks.

Server-, serve food and beverages, take guests orders, serve food and beverages, take guests orders, present food or beverage to guests and have menu knowledge to be able to answer questions that guests may have on the menu, perform cleaning duties.

Hostess- greet guests upon arrival, inform guests of their wait time , monitor a waiting list, bus tables, roll silverware and assist servers in side work duties.

Dishwasher- clean food prep areas, facilities and equipment, prepare foods for cooking and serving, clean dishware and put back into correct places.

REQUIREMENTS

Must have good communication skills.

 Prep Cook, Dishwasher-This position will be responsible for preparing food for the line to cook. Chop, slice, portion out food for the cooks. Will help with dishes and may get some time learning to cook on the line.

Host/busser-This position is responsible for greeting the guest, seating them, bussing tables, stocking, setting tables and any other assistance the server might need.

Very good English, hardworking students.

HOUSING

300$/month/student – for 4 students in the room, 400$/month/student – room for couples. The rent is going to be taken from the paycheck. The students have to pay $100 at the beginning and they will get the money back at the end of the season if everything is ok in the room they lived. Every room has their own bathroom.

Is located above the Buffalo Bodega. Dormitory style apartment: 5 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, 2 students to a bedroom. Rent is $125/paycheck/week.

Housekeeping: Responsibilities of this job include ensuring that guest rooms are clean, orderly, and attractive in all aspects, restocking supplies in both guest rooms and other duties as assigned.

Waterpark lifeguard:  Responsible for the safety and security of all waterpark guests. 

Kitchen helper: Responsibilities of this job include washing pots, pans, and dishes using industrial grade equipment, preparing the dishes that are served, including chopping vegetables, breaking down, cutting or grinding meat, weighing and mixing ingredients, washing and preparing vegetables.

Golf course helper: Responsible for performing manual labor and use of hand tools required to care for and maintain Golf Course.

Server assistant: Assist wait staff with food and drink orders, take orders, assist in all server duties as needed and other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

All team members must maintain a well groomed appearance. Hair length, facial hair, make-up, and jewelry have constraints in all departments.

HOUSING

Provided by company. $100/week. You will be required to pay a $200 security deposit that will be deducted in $50 payments from your first four paychecks. Your refund will be refunded upon departure provided your room is left in the same condition it was assigned to you. All students pay a $100 monthly rent charge which is non-refundable.

Your duties will include preparing food for Cooking (prep) there will be occasions in which tray and dish washing required.

Mulligans Raw Bar & Grill is a fun restaurant, situated between the timeless oceanfront homes on historic cottage row and Jockey’s Ridge State Park. 

You will work an averge of 32-40 hours per week over the course of your program. Some weeks may be more and some weeks may be less based on business needs.

REQUIREMENTS

Looking for individuals who are self-motivated, detail-oriented, have a positive customer service attitude, strong communication skills, and teamwork. Previous experience working in a restaurant Kitchen, or Culinary students, preferred but not required.

The Kitchen staff and is responsible for preparing food in a fast and efficient manner according to the standards set for the menu items; maintain high food quality standards as well as reasonable speed of preparation of all menu items; set up and breakdown of assigned work station as well as sanitation of immediate work area; lift heavy pots and pans up to 20 lbs.;washing dishes, and assisting in other areas of the restaurant as needed.
