Accommodation will be provided by the employer. Housing is located on the resort property. $35/week.

Clean guest rooms and public areas at hotel. Working with cleaning supplies. Answering questions from guests. Heavy lifting is required, up to and including 50 pounds.

REQUIREMENTS

Although no skills are required, the student should be able to perform the tasks listed in the job description after training. The student should also have a positive attitude and appreciation of a natural environment.

HOUSING

Housing is provided by the employer: $100/week.

$100 deposit. All furniture provided to include linens, WIFI and tv provided and included in rent. Full Kitchen (with equipment include microwave, outdoor grill etc). Restaurant onsite for discounted employee fee.

REQUIREMENTS

The Track Attendant is responsible for assisting and directing customers during track and/or ride operations. Attendants must be familiar with all safety regulations and information and be able to communicate this information to guests. The Attendant must be able to speak English confidently and clearly in order to give instructions to guests. Attendants must be outgoing and friendly and have excellent customer service skills.

HOUSING

Total rent for the SEASON is $2500 (regardless of how many weeks you work). The $300 Housing Deposit will be refunded at the end of the program if you work the dates agreed to in the job offer and no damage is caused to the property.

JOB DETAILS

Beach Attendants are primarily responsible for setting up beach chairs and umbrellas for guests in the morings, during the day and pickup. You will assist with other guest beach needs. General beach maintenance and cleaning is involved.

HarborWalk Hospitality, LLC is looking for talented, customer service oriented and self-motivated individuals to be a part of our amazing Parking Control team at HarborWalk Village.

REQUIREMENTS

Required skills: Participants must speak advanced English. Participants should be physically fit able to stand on their feet all day attention to detail and hard-working. Must have outgoing personality. Able to understand and take direction from supervisor.

Both positions are busy, fast paced, you must be able to multitask, be friendly, outgoing, and have a drive to please all guests. 

You must bring khaki shorts, closed toe tennis shoes, and shirt provided at no cost.

JOB DETAILS

Floor Attendant: This is a fast-paced job that requires the ability to work quickly and interact with the public during the entire shift. An outgoing and friendly personality is required. Floor Attendants must be comfortable working with American money and have good math skills.  They must wear a money apron and make change for the customers as needed. They must fill the slot and poker machines with tickets and tokens. They must fix very minor problems with the machines such as quarter jams and token/ticket jams. The employees are also required to keep the area and machines clean.

 Counter Attendant: Count customer winnings from the arcade games and video pokers and issue vouchers or post to their account. Provide merchandise to customers who are purchasing items. Gateway has a big storage facility where the employees must locate and retrieve the desired merchandise. Participants will be in constant contact with customers and that is why excellent knowledge of English is a necessity. You must be able to work under stress and still maintain good spirits. A friendly and outgoing personality is required.

REQUIREMENTS

Will need to have advanced English skills and be comfortable speaking with customers in English. Must have strong customer service skills. You will need to be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

HOUSING

 Gateway 26 Employee Housing:

Rent is $195 per week. Participants who work the dates agreed to in the interview, and on their DS 2019 form, will be eligible for a refund of their housing equaling $50 for each week they worked/lived in housing. This will make the actual amount of rent paid for housing $145 per week ( after housing refund).

The first week's rent is due at the time of move in. A Housing Deposit in the amount of $195 is also due at the time of move in. The housing deposit will be returned to you, at the end of your program, provided you work the dates agreed to in your job offer and do not cause damage to the housing.

Participants who leave their jobs early, move out of housing early, or are terminated from their job at Gateway 26 Arcade will not be eligible for a refund of the housing deposit or for the $50 housing refund for each week they worked/lived in housing.

Participants working at Gateway 26 Casino Arcade are expected to live in the housing provided. Participants who choose not to move into employee housing, or who move out of housing early, may be required to resign from their position at Gateway 26 Casino Arcade

JOB DETAILS

The Salespeople are the face of The Fudgery! They use their outstanding personalities and welcoming smile to draw customers in and make them want to come back. You will be responsible for selling fudge; ice cream and other Fudgery products. You will work as a team to keep the store stocked and clean.

As the Candymaker you are the main attraction of The Fudgery! You will be making fudge in front of customers and entertaining them while you do it.

REQUIREMENTS

The Fudgery provides work shirts for all employees. Participants must provide khaki trousers and tennis shoes to complete their uniform.

A professional image is required. No facial piercings are permitted. Tattoos must be covered with a bandage if they are visible while in Uniform. Men are not permitted to wear earrings. Men must be clean shaven daily.

HOUSING

$100.00

There is a $500 deposit that will be returned if the participant stays for the entirety of their contract.

JOB DETAILS

Employees at Mike's are trained to work on a variety of tasks and frequently change their role throughout the day to accommodate business needs. Typical tasks for participants include: unloading delivery trucks, icing the seafood showcases, preparing seafood and take out containers, waiting on customers, breading seafood, busing tables, kitchen prep, cooking (if participants is qualified to do so), handing out menus, cleaning up at days end, e. g. washing dishes, mopping up, hosing down dock, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills needed. You must be able to work on your feet for long periods of time. This position requires ability to work in a very fast paced environment and some work can be physically strenuous

HOUSING

$125/week

Housing is provided by the Host Company in a 4 bedroom home located across the street from the Host Company. 

The home is fully furnished with a full kitchen, air conditioning, washer and dryer, and wifi. Bedding and towels are provided.

Housing is co-ed, with both men and woman living in the home. Women have their own bedrooms and bathroom, and men have their own bedrooms and bathroom in another part of the home. Men and women cannot share bedrooms.

While housing is just across the street from the work location it is also just 3 blocks from the beach, 2 blocks from the bus station, and 2 blocks from the grocery store.

Bikes are avaliable for participants who prefer not to walk. The home will be shared with up to 12 participants ( 3-4 people per bedroom) and is across the street from the Host Company.

JOB DETAILS

You may work in various jobs in the amusement center as a ride attendant, game master, information desk, cashier, or in the bowling center.  All jobs include great guest service, cleaning duties and very good English skills.  Responsible for supervising, monitoring, repairing, and attending to park rides, including boarding and securing passengers, starting rides, and ensuring passengers exit safely.  May also work at information booth, and/or food booth - taking orders and making food.  Various other job duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Very good English skills, customer service skills.

HOUSING

$100/week

Security Deposit $200-Refundable if the program is completed and room is clean and no damage. Security deposit must be paid on-line when contract is signed to guarantee the reservation . If the deposit is not paid we will not guarantee the bed. Deposit must be paid at least 30 days in advance before arrival. If for any reason they need to cancel the contract it has to be cancel 14 days before arrival to get a full security deposit refund. $75 administration fee $35 laundry fee

◾Due before or upon arrival: $300 deposit + 2 weeks rent ($200) = $500

◾If you are fired or quit from your Host Company you forfeit your entire deposit and are responsible for the remaining balance of the rent.

◾Laundry is located onsite, free unlimited washer and dryer use.
